Customer delivery policy

I haven’t received my order yet?

Delivery with The Courier Guy usually takes 2 – 3 working days, but in some cases it may be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if you encounter a slight delay, small delays do happen for various reasons out of our control.

If it hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please check your tracking link, and get in touch with The Courier Guy.

When will my package arrive?

If you ordered before 17:00 on any weekday, we will ship your order the same day!

Your package should always

arrive within 2 weeks and will be delivered by The Courier Guy or similar.

Please see your “Order was shipped” email, to see if you received a tracking number for your package.

Received damaged item?

We always quality control everything in our warehouse.

If you’ve received a damaged product we’re terribly sorry. We will get this resolved as soon as possible.

Please go to shop.yihanbronn.co.za/return and fill out your order ID (which you can find in your order confirmation email or on the invoice included with your package) and postal code.

Here you can select if you want a new product or a refund. When the damaged item arrives at our warehouse, we will immediately send you the new item(s) or process your refund.

Received wrong item?

If you received the wrong item or are missing 1 or more items from your order, please contact us and include the following information:

1. Your order number. You will find it in your order confirmation email.
2. A picture of the wrong product, or a link to the wrong product in our shop. This way we might be able to identify the mistake, and avoid others from having the same mistake happen, in case we made a mistake in the warehouse.

We will immediately send out the correct items and let you know if we want you to return the wrongly delivered item(s). All shipping costs will be at our expense of course.

Item missing from your order?

If there’s an item missing from your order, please contact us and include your order number and the name of the item that is missing.

We will send a replacement to you immediately, and investigate what might have caused the mistake, so we can avoid it in the future.

How is my order packed?

Nothing is more important to us, than your product arriving to you safe and unharmed!

Depending on the type of items you’ve bought, your order will be packed in a padded envelope or cardboard box. This will keep your ordered items safe during shipment.

We do everything we can to send your products as secure as possible.

Can I pick up my order from your shop?

At his point, we don’t have any brick and mortar stores.

If however you wish to pick up your order in person, you are welcome to contact us for an appointment.

We operate from Willowbrook, Ruimsig, Roodepoort, South Africa.
